Refund Policy
How refunds work on TwinsVision subscriptions.

1. 7-day full refund window
You can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, no questions asked, within 7 calendar days of the start of your paid subscription. This satisfies the distance-contract cancellation right under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, open live chat from your client portal or email support@twinsvision.tv with the email address tied to your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. After the 7-day window
Past the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel auto-renewal at any time from your client portal — your subscription stays active through the end of the paid period and then ends with no further charges.
4. 24-hour free trials
24-hour free trials are non-refundable because they are free. No payment method is required to activate a trial.
5. Auto-renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term at the then-current price. We email you a reminder 3 days before any renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your client portal; turning it off takes effect immediately and incurs no cancellation fee.
6. Special cases
- Billing error: full refund, regardless of the 7-day window.
- Service unusable on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours: pro-rated credit or refund at your choice.
- Duplicate charge: immediate refund of the duplicate.
