Last updated: April 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or subscribing to TwinsVision, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
TwinsVision Inc. ("TwinsVision", "we") provides access credentials enabling subscribers to view streaming video content (live channels, movies, series) made available through third-party providers. TwinsVision does not itself host or broadcast audiovisual content on its own servers.
3. Account
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Registration requires a valid email address, which must be verified with a 6-digit code before any paid access. The code expires after 30 minutes.
4. Subscription, billing and renewal
- Plans are billed in advance, in Canadian dollars (CAD), at the price shown at purchase.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. TwinsVision never stores full card numbers.
- All subscriptions auto-renew. A reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal.
- You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your client portal; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Summary: full refund within 7 days, no refund thereafter.
6. Free trials
A 24-hour free trial is available to new customers once their email is verified. Trials are activated manually by our team on request, through live chat inside your portal. No payment method required. One trial per household.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8. Intellectual property
All third-party trademarks, logos, and identifying marks visible on the site or through the service are the property of their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied. Copyright notices can be sent to dmca@twinsvision.tv or via our DMCA page.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinsVision is not liable for interruptions or slowdowns caused by third-party providers, your Internet service provider, your equipment, or events of force majeure. TwinsVision's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the 12 preceding months.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your client portal.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through your portal at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, subject to the rights granted to Quebec consumers under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
