1. Scope
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using TwinsVision, you agree to follow the rules below.
2. Strictly personal use
Your subscription is intended for personal, private household use. The following are prohibited:
- reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing your access to third parties;
- sharing your credentials beyond the simultaneous-connection limit included in your plan;
- using the service for commercial purposes (bars, restaurants, waiting rooms, etc.) without prior written authorization.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Any attempt to bypass security controls, connection limits, or technical protections;
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools against TwinsVision infrastructure;
- Recording, copying, rebroadcasting, or re-uploading content accessed through the service;
- Any activity unlawful in your jurisdiction, including accessing content not authorized locally;
- Harassment, fraud, impersonation, or abuse of our support team.
4. Fair-use bandwidth
The service is sized for normal household viewing. Visibly disproportionate consumption (for example, multiple streams kept open continuously without anyone watching, content scraping, mass sharing) may result in throttling or account suspension.
5. Third-party content
TwinsVision does not control content delivered by third-party providers. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our DMCA page or email dmca@twinsvision.tv.
6. Consequences of a violation
Any violation may, depending on severity, result in:
- A warning;
- Temporary suspension of the account;
- Immediate termination, without refund;
- Reporting to competent authorities where required by law.
7. Report abuse
To report behaviour that violates this policy, email legal@twinsvision.tv. We treat every report seriously and confidentially.
